Admittedly I am not a fan of turkey meatloaf BUT this turkey meatloaf was so moist and so full of flavor!  This is a hearty healthy dish that will surely please.  I choose to use sofrito in the mixture for all the great flavor it brings like onion, cilantro, and green peppers.  I hope you enjoy as much as my family and I did!  And don’t forget to sign up to receive more recipe love!

I haven’t made meatloaf in at least a year. This might be something to try this weekend. It looks like you served it with cabbage, is that right? I bet that was good, kind of like deconstructed stuffed cabbage rolls or something.

That sounds really good. I can’t stand a dry meatloaf and this DOES seem moist!

DELICIOUS! I had some ground chicken in the fridge that I had no idea what to do with it tonight. I tried a variation of your recipe because I didn’t have all the ingredients so had to do a substitutions, but Yum! Hubby and I enjoyed. Thanks for sharing!
