This bacon & goat cheese salad with homemade buttermilk garlic dressing is simply addictive! I had something similar at Woodmont Grill restaurant in Bethesda, MD but this recipe is better! It truly is! The first time I made this I had this salad for lunch for 5 days in a row! The homemade dressing over that creamy goat cheese and bacon is just well hard to describe but you will want more and more and more! Try it for yourself!
