This dish was inspired by a local caterer whose dishes are beyond incredible. The first time I tasted this Asian shrimp pasta as soon as I had one bite I went back and loaded my plate with more. It is the kinda dish you say to yourself OMG I must be in heaven! It is perfect for taking to events/parties. This recipe can feed 15-20 easily! It is easy to make and can be made days ahead and stored in the refrigerator! Hope you enjoy and if you love shrimp, try my Shrimp Linguini or Beer Battered Fried Shrimp!
