When you backslide on your salad, make homemade dressing and croutons to lure you back in! Admittedly I hadn’t been eating salads like I should but all that is changing! This homemade buttermilk garlic dressing will make any salad yummy! And the croutons tastes like a steakhouse that makes theirs from scratch! Looking for a reason to eat salad? Here you go!

Ingredients
- *** Buttermilk Garlic Dressing ***
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's Mayo
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 tablespoon Djon Mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon Crushed Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Finely Chopped Cilantro
- *** Garlic Butter Croutons ***
- 1/2 French Baguette, Chopped Into Cubes
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
Let's Make the Buttermilk Garlic Dressing
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Add to jar or airtight container and refrigerate for minimum of 15 minutes.
Let's Make the Garlic Butter Croutons
- Add extra virgin olive oil, unsalted butter, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper over medium heat in a large skillet until butter is melted (stir occasionally)
- Add cubed baguette pieces to pan, toss or stir until all cubed pieces are coated with mixture
- Allow to sear for 8-10 minutes or until golden (stir occasionally)
- Turn heat off and allow to completely cool
- Store in airtight container
