Let’s just get something out and in the open, WATER DOES A BODY GOOD!  For years I’ve been drinking water – the health benefits are invaluable!  Admittedly though as I grew older my health and beauty regime began to take a back seat to the kids, husband, work and well just life!  Lately, I’ve been feeling quite guilty!  So I am determined to drink drink drink my water daily!  As I began to get back into the habit of drinking 6-8 glasses per day, I started to research how I could maximize the benefit of my water intake.  I discovered by adding fresh fruits and herbs, I could not only increase the amount of vitamins going into my body, but I could also increase the flavor!  I also have notice how blemish free my skin is when I am drinking water.  As I get older, I’ve got to keep it HOTT and part of that is drinking my water!!!  This post gives you my favorite 4.  I hope you enjoy and most importantly I hope you drink drink drink your water daily!!!

These are great!! Can’t wait to try them. Do you think they would work with soda water as well? Maybe as a fizzy treat? I’m trying to cut down on my soda intake and up my water.

Hi, I will be making the pineapple and mango water for a party tomorrow. Sounds wonderful! Can this be made 5-6 hours before the party or does it need to be mixed on the spot?

Yes Edyta this water can be made ahead of time but I would not make it more than 24 hours in advance. Thank you so much for visiting, please visit often for more awesome recipes.
