  • 1/4 cup Sweet Relish
  • 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Room Temperature Unsalted Butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup tablespoons Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
  • 2-4 tablespoons Sea Salt (Turkey) + 1 teaspoon for sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon room temperature water
  • 2-4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add extra virgin olive oil to grill pan or skillet and turn heat to med to high so pan can get really hot and burgers will get initial hard sear
  2. Add ground turkey to bowl with rotisserie chicken seasoning, sea salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce, and mix until ground turkey is coated
  3. Grab hand full of ground turkey and form into patties
  4. Add turkey patties to hot grill pan or skillet, allow to hard sear on each side 2 minutes, then turn heat down to medium so meat can cook through the middle, about 4-5 minutes on each side, flipping them every 1-2 minutes so they do not burn
  5. Turn on broiler to hi
  6. Spread room temperature unsalted butter on each side of each brioche burger bun, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, add to broiler for 2 minutes
  7. LET"S MAKE THE SAUCE - add Mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet relish, granulated sugar and sea salt to bowl and mix until creamy
  8. Add slices of cheese on turkey burgers, pour water on sides of burgers (not on the burgers) for steam and cover with a top (doesn't have to be the one for the pan you are using and doesn't have to enclose all you are just covering some so the water can steam and the cheese can melt oooeeey gooey for ya)
  9. Build your Juicy Turkey Cheese Burger with Special Sauce - bottom bun, burger with cheese, special sauce and top it with brioche bun love - ENJOY!

Nice recipe, This kind of recipe would be perfect with marijuana strain https://www.gyo.green/reserva-privada-tangie-prv-tan-f.html . Marijuana nowadays is used not only medically but also in culinary. Adding cannabis to your food is the alternate way of dosing it for those who don’t smoke.
But keep in mind that cannabis must be processed first before mixing it with your dish. ingesting directly would not release its full potential and it will not taste nice.
