It’s not often my hubby and I get to spend quiet time without the kids, so I made it special with a delicious strawberry and mango ice cream shake! Boy did it work, HA – hubby loved his shake so much he looked into my eyes and said “Baby, let’s stay together forever”. I said “Baby, you got it”! While I hope he stays with me for my good looks and charm (smile), I know this man loves my cooking. This ice cream shake just reminded him of all the special things I do for him and the kids in the kitchen. After all it’s those special moments that make you feel loved that count. So sharing this sweet and smooth ice cream shake just put us both in a great mood! I’ll have to admit my friends at International Delight are certainly making it easy for me to create the goodness. I used their Cold Stone Sweet Cream Creamery for this beautiful ice cream shake and it gave it just the right smooth and just the right sweet (oh yeah baby) to make it the perfect special treat! As always I also thought of the kids – this would also make a cool drink for a birthday party!! Hmmm … well I hope you enjoy this strawberry and mango ice cream shake as much and my husband and I have!!

LET’S STAY TOGETHER STRAWBERRY AND MANGO ICE CREAM SHAKE
INGREDIENTS:
2 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup International Delight Cold Stone Sweet Cream Creamer
1 cup chopped strawberries (+ 2 whole strawberries for garnish)
1 cup chopped mango
READY, SET GO:
Add all ingredients to a blender, cover and blend until smooth
Fill two glasses, cut slit in middle of whole strawberries and place one on each glass as a garnish
SERVE, ENJOY AND STAY TOGETHER!!
