Relax Time Pina Colada

This is soo a weekend drink.  After a hard week at work and/or tending to the kids and a zillion other responsibilities!!! Nothing says AHHHHHH like a Pina Colada!!  I must admit I am a fruity drinker for sure, the sweeter the better.  That would explain why i’d get so toasted – LOL the drink was always so sweet I didn’t realize just how many I drank!!! WoW Weeeee …. Hope you enjoy this version, happy drinking!!

AHHHHH!!!

INGREDIENTS:

½ – 1 cup Coconut Puerto Rican Rum
2 cups crushed ice
1/2 cup coconut cream
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 pineapple slice
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch cinnamon

READY, SET GO:

  1.  Add rum, ice, coconut cream, pineapple chunks, sugar and cinnamon to blender and blend until smooth
  2. Slightly cut pineapple slice and add to rim of glass
  3. Service and enjoy
