Super Bowl Wings Two Ways – Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan and YOU cannot lose!

Question – How can you take your wings to the next level? Answer – Ensuring your wings have crispy skin, making your sauces from scratch and using She’s Got Flavor All Purpose Seasoning!

Ingredients

  • Chicken wingettes (15 to 20 wingettes for each sauce for a total of up to 40 wingettes)
  • 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp to toss and 1-2 tbsp to top She's Got Flavor All Purpose Seasoning (SHOP SEASONING above)
  • 1 tsp cooking oil spray (I used Avocado Oil)
  • BUFFALO SAUCE:
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • corn starch slurry (1 tbsp corn starch + 1/2 tbsp water mixed together)
  • GARLIC PARMESAN:
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1-2 tsp sea salt
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • 3-4 tbsp cilantro

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425F
  2. Clean chicken wingettes
  3. Pat dry
  4. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  5. Add She's Got Flavor All Purpose Seasoning to wingettes and toss
  6. Lay wingettes on aluminum foil lined baking sheet pans (do not overcrowd or lay wings on top of one another)
  7. Top wingettes with more She's Got Flavor All Purpose Seasoning
  8. Spray wingettes with cooking oil (I used avocado oil)
  9. Put in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour (check on it periodically so wingettes gets crispy but does not burn)
  10. Make BUFFALO SAUCE - to a sauce pan add unsalted butter, crushed garlic, white vinegar, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and corn starch slurry over medium heat - allow to simmer 5-7 minutes or until all ingredients are melted and incorporated (stirring to assist with incorporation)
  11. Make GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE - to a sauce pan add unsalted butter, crush garlic, sea salt, lemon juice, grated parmesan, shredded parmesan and cilantro - allow to simmer 5-7 minutes or until all ingredients are melted and incorporated (stirring to assist with incorporation)
  12. Divide baked wings and pour sauces separately over the two batches of wings and toss
