  • 2-4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons Seafood Seasoning
  • 3/4 cup White Wine
  • 2 tablespoons Crushed Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Half & Half Cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 6-8 slices of 1/4 inch baguettes (cut up a long baguette)

Instructions

  1. Wash shrimp and pat dry
  2. Add olive oil to large skillet and heat over medium heat
  3. Add shrimp to skillet and season with seafood seasoning, cook on each side 1-2 minutes and season each side
  4. Cut 6-8 1/4 inch slices of baguette, brush with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, place under broiler 2-4 minutes, remove and set aside
  5. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside, use same skillet to make sauce
  6. Add white wine and turn heat temporarily to high so the wine can reduce, allow to reduce 3-4 minutes
  7. Turn heat back down to medium and add unsalted butter until melted, then add garlic, worcestershire sauce, half & half cream and cilantro, stirring/whisking every time you add something new, allow sauce to thicken
  8. Add sliced baguettes to plate, top each baguette slice with a shrimp, pour sauce all over each baguette and shrimp, ENJOY
